Q1: How can I get your wholesale price list?
A1: Please feel freely to send us an inquiry, then we can send you
the price list and more information via email.
Q2: How do you do OEM/ODM service?
A2: We can do the custom designed as you required, including print
the logo on the case inside and out side. After you send design
file to us. We will start to produce a sample for you to have a
check. We don’t start the production until you are satisfied.
Q3: If the item arrives in bad condition, how will you handle it?
A3: Within 5 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the
returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 5 days, we
share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won't pay
for the return shipping cost. So after you get the item, please
check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.
Q4: How can I get the greatest discount?
A4: To place large quantity for each item, at least 60 yards per
model. If 1 or 2 pieces per item, we can’t give you much discount.
Or to introduce your friends or other customers to order in our
store.
Q5: How much is the shipping cost and How long does it takes till I
get my package?
A5: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your
shipping address.
